Stainless Steel Double Tank Bands


 

These high quality double tank bands are constructed with 16 gauge polished stainless steel. The double bands are TIG welded at the center posts for maximum strength, where they are joined together with an additional 1/8" thick reinforcement providing center posts that are a full 1/4" thick.  Each set of double bands comes complete with 5/16" wing nut and bolt kit.  Bands are sold in matched sets where the tank spacing is guaranteed alike within .015.

Listed below are some common size tank, manifold and band sizes.  If the size you are looking for is not listed,  bands can be custom made for any tank and manifold combination.

Common Tank Sizes

  • 5.3" and 5.5" diameter for 30's, 40's, and 45's
  • 6.0" diameter for Scuba Pro slim tanks, Faber 60's and 72's
  • 6.9" diameter. for old steel 72's and aluminum 50's
  • 7.0" diameter. for OMS 85's
  • 7.3" diameter. for high pressure steels and aluminum 80's
  • 8.0" diameter. for low pressure steels

  • 7.3 dia. x 8.33 spacing, will fit aluminum 80's and hp steels with Genisis, Scuba Pro, or old Dive Rite manifolds
  • 6.9 dia. x 8.33 spacing, will fit steel 72's and al. 50's with Genisis, Scuba Pro, or old Dive Rite manifolds
  • 8.0 dia. x 8.7 spacing, will fit 8 inch tanks and allow the use of self draining tank boots with a Genisis or Thermo manifold
